Technology, Management & Policy Graduate Consortium
Annual Meeting
June 26-28
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Cambridge, MA

Dear Colleagues:

We look forward to welcoming you in Cambridge for our annual graduate consortium meeting here at MIT on June 26-28. We are aiming for the informal and intimate quality of previous consortium meetings, so it will be limited to invited guests whom we ask to register.

This year, we look forward to accommodating more student participation by adding a poster session. This enables students who may not be as far along in their research to share and get feedback about their research plans. We have scheduled time for people to visit the poster session and encourage you to do so when you are here.

The MIT Technology and Policy Program is happy to provide lunches, coffee breaks, and a dinner Monday night. Travel, accommodation, other meals, and optional tourist activities will be the responsibility of individual participants or their home departments.

For faculty, we have set aside a block of rooms at the Kendall Hotel for Sunday and Monday nights at the MIT rate of $179 plus tax. Please call 1-617-577-1300 or 866-566-1300 (toll free in the US) to reserve a room in your name, and refer to the "MIT Technology and Policy Consortium Meeting." The cut off date to guarantee your rooms is June 6th. Dormitory housing is available for the students at a cost of $66 for doubles and $49 for singles. Further information may be found on the registration page.

The current agenda is below. We would be happy to have your comments on the schedule, including the social activities.

Sincerely,
Dava Newman
Director, Technology and Policy Program
