PoET student Chintan Vaishnav receives an honorary award, best paper

During the summer of 2007, PoET student Chintan Vaishnav from the Engineering Systems Division wrote a paper, "The End of Core: should disruptive innovation in telecom invoke discontinuous regulatory response?" It received an honorary award in the best paper category at the Technology, Management and Policy Graduate Consortium (TMPGC). TMPGC 2007 was conducted between June 24-26 at Carnegie Mellon University. A total of 100 students and faculty from 13 universities worldwide attended the conference.
